Since 2010, we have been looking after what lifts people
Baltic Lift Service, UAB is a licensed and certified lift company from Klaipėda, Lithuania. We install and modernise new lifts, platform lifts, escalators and travelators throughout Lithuania, and provide ongoing maintenance with a 24/7 on-call service in Western Lithuania.
Who we are
A company whose work you don't notice while the lift is running
We started in Klaipėda in 2010 with lifts in apartment buildings. We still maintain many of them today in Soviet-era blocks, where the lift is the only way up to the ninth floor.
These lifts are old but durable. They can often still be safely modernised, which costs less than a new lift. If renewal is no longer worthwhile or safe, we propose a new one. That is why we first come, inspect and listen to what you need, and only then propose a solution.
Today we install lifts, platform lifts, escalators and travelators throughout Lithuania. We work with factories in Europe and beyond, so we can find a spare part for almost any equipment, even equipment older than our company.
Our team includes both highly experienced and young lift specialists. Every call-out is logged in the dispatch system, so we can always show what was done to your lift and when.

Licences and certificates
How we can prove that we can
Licence of the Ministry of Social Security and Labour of the Republic of Lithuania for the ongoing maintenance of potentially hazardous equipment. It covers all types of passenger and freight lifts, platform lifts, escalators and moving walks.
Certificate of the State Energy Inspectorate to operate potentially hazardous electrical equipment up to 1000 V: lifts, escalators and moving walks.
Quality management, environmental and occupational safety certificates. They mean our working procedures are written down and audited, not kept in one person's head.
The equipment we install meets European lift safety requirements, and old lifts are modernised under LST EN 81-80, which sets out which risks must be eliminated first.

On call 24/7
Our dispatch centre and on-call technicians work all year round. Every lift car we maintain has a notice with the service phone number, and in Western Lithuania we arrive within 45 minutes.
Inspection first, then a proposal
We come to the site, measure the shaft and assess its condition. The inspection in Klaipėda County is free and without obligation, and the proposal shows what the price is made up of.
We tell you what is essential and what can wait
After the inspection we provide a defect report and explain it in plain language. We don't promise what we know we can't deliver.
We find parts even for old lifts
We work with factories and spare parts suppliers in Europe and other countries, so a missing part is rarely an obstacle.
