What data we collect

We only collect data when you enter it yourself in a website form. This is:

• your name, phone number and email address
• the type of building and the text of your message
• a photo, if you attach one to a spare parts enquiry

We collect no other data: the website has no registration, comments or user accounts.

What we use it for

Only to reply to your enquiry and send you a proposal. The enquiry arrives in our work mailbox (marketing@balticlift.lt or support@balticlift.lt, depending on the form) and goes nowhere else. We do not sell, rent or pass on data to third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

The enquiry email stays in our mailbox for as long as our relationship with you requires: until we reply, while the proposal is valid and, if you become a client, for the term of the contract and its accounting retention periods. If you would like us to delete your enquiry sooner, write to us and we will do so.

Cookies

The website uses only technical cookies: they remember that you have already clicked “OK” in the cookie bar and help our security tell a person from a bot. We do not use marketing or tracking cookies.

Embedded content from other websites

The contact page and the home page show a Google map. When it loads, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies, just as if you visited Google Maps itself. This is the only third-party content on our website.

Website security

The website is protected by security software that records login attempts and suspicious requests together with the IP address. These records are used only to protect against intrusions and are cleared regularly.

Your rights

• to find out what data we hold about you
• to ask us to correct or delete it
• to withdraw your consent and ask us not to contact you again
• to complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania if you believe we have breached your rights
